Service Description
Let us know what topic you want to cover and we will tailor our sessions around you. We will go at your pace. All sessions are recorded which you can access on wixtrix.com in your sessions dashboard. Please note, each 2-hour session generally covers 1-3 topics depending on any specific questions or expectations you have for each topic. We will discuss and confirm your topics via email before our scheduled session. Sessions are limited to 2 hours max. It's best to limit one session per day in order to retain everything we cover.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must initiate the cancellation or contact us to reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Please contact us at info@wixtrix.com if you need help rescheduling or canceling your session. Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled session that are not rescheduled will be subject to a $50 cancelation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to help you reschedule your session. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled session may result in a rescheduling fee of no more than $25 at our discretion.
