Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must initiate the cancellation or contact us to reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Please contact us at info@wixtrix.com if you need help rescheduling or canceling your session. Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled session that are not rescheduled will be subject to a $50 cancelation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to help you reschedule your session. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled session may result in a rescheduling fee of no more than $25 at our discretion. If you are not able to attend your session and wish to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session, please contact us at info@wixtrix.com.
